What are the Options?

The Options provide the right, but not the obligation, to acquire one ordinary share in Magellan Financial Group Ltd (ASX: MFG) for every Option exercised at an exercise price of $35.00 per Option. Further information on the rights attaching to the Options are set out in the Prospectus relating to the Bonus Issue.
